Skill Clinics

Our skill clinics really dig deep into learning the fundamentals of the skills. We break the skills down and create multiple drills in which to learn the skills. This is great for the kids struggling with learning a back handspring in a traditional class or struggling with certain skills on bars. You do not have to be a member of WGV Gymnastics to join our clinics. However, you MUST register online through the link below before attending each week.

Bar Clinic: We work on the skills that typically hold students back from moving to the next level in gymnastics. Really focusing on bars for a whole hour is beneficial to learning and maintaining the skills needed to move up.

Friday 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Cost: $25 per class

Back Handspring Clinic: progressions for back handsprings; handstand, bridge, backbend, kickover, back limbers, round-off, etc.

Friday 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Cost: $25 per class

All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in activities at the gym.
